Sharepoint Developer - Outside IR35 - Hybrid Working
The Microsoft 365 / SharePoint Specialist, you will be responsible for reviewing how digital information is structured, governed, and maintained across MS 365 environments.
Your initial focus will be the administration, optimisation, and continuous improvement of SharePoint Online and related Microsoft 365 services.
Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain SharePoint Online environments, including site collections, libraries, lists, workflows, and permissions.
- Plan and deliver data migrations into Microsoft 365
- Undertake PowerShell automation process improvement
- Conduct audits, monitoring, and routine checks to ensure ongoing compliance and system reliability.
- Provide user guidance, training, and support on SharePoint features and information management best practice.

Experience required
We're looking for a practical, detail-oriented Microsoft 365 professional with experience of the following:

- Hands-on experience administering SharePoint Online within Microsoft 365 environments.
- Strong experience of document management
- Experience using ShareGate.
- PowerShell skills for automation and environment optimisation.
- Microsoft Purview, including DLP, sensitivity labels, and records management.
- Power Automate and Power BI.
