G MASS is working with a Lloyd's third party managing agent to deploy an experienced SharePoint Developer to support the delivery of SharePoint solutions across a multi-syndicate environment. This is a hands-on consultancy engagement suited to someone who can hit the ground running, operate independently within a complex regulated environment, and deliver tangible results from day one.
You will be joining an established programme with exposure to complex insurance market workflows, contributing to both technical delivery and the shaping of collaborative digital solutions across the business.
What You Will Be Doing
- Designing, developing and delivering SharePoint solutions aligned to business requirements, including sites, pages, workflows and integrations
- Managing the end-to-end lifecycle of SharePoint projects, from requirements gathering through to deployment and user adoption
- Engaging directly with business stakeholders to understand needs, translate requirements into technical solutions and communicate progress clearly
- Configuring and customising SharePoint Online environments, including permissions management, metadata architecture and document management structures
- Developing and maintaining Power Platform integrations (Power Automate, Power Apps) to extend SharePoint functionality where required
- Ensuring all solutions are delivered in line with governance, compliance and information security standards appropriate to a regulated insurance environment
- Supporting user training and change management activity, driving adoption of new SharePoint-based tools and processes
- Identifying and implementing improvements to existing SharePoint environments, enhancing usability and operational efficiency

Requirements
- Proven experience delivering SharePoint projects end-to-end, with strong hands-on technical capability
- Exposure to the London Market or Lloyd's insurance environment, with an understanding of managing agent and syndicate operating models
- Comfortable operating in a client-facing capacity, able to manage stakeholder relationships, navigate ambiguity and adapt to changing priorities
- Proficiency in SharePoint development tools and technologies including SPFx, PowerShell and JSON formatting
- Experience with the Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) and integrations with wider Microsoft 365 tooling
- Understanding of information architecture, document management best practices and SharePoint governance frameworks
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple workstreams within a live delivery environment
