Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sheet Metal Worker role based in Norwich. The Sheet Metal Worker will fabricate, assemble, sheet metal components according to technical drawings, specifications, and work orders. Day-to-day tasks include:

The role also involves inspecting work for accuracy and quality, following health and safety procedures, and collaborating with team members to meet production deadlines.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in sheet metal fabrication, including knowledge of sheet metal materials, forming, cutting, and finishing techniques.
- Strong metalworking skills, with experience using hand tools and workshop equipment safely and effectively.
- Good welding abilities suitable for sheet metal applications, with attention to joint quality and safety.
- Experience working on sheet metal components.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, CAD-generated designs, and work instructions.
- Good manual dexterity, spatial awareness, and attention to detail in precision work.
- Commitment to workplace safety, including use of PPE and adherence to company safety policies.
- Previous experience in a fabrication or engineering workshop; relevant vocational training or apprenticeship in metalworking or fabrication is accentual.
