Office Administrator Vacancy (Glenelly Infrastructure Solutions)
Location:
Hemel Hempstead
Basis:
Full-time
Probation Period:
3-month probation
Contract Type:
Permanent
Core Responsibilities
(inclusive but not limited to)
- Maintain a training and competency matrix for employees and contractors
- Record incident reports
- Collaborate closely with a SHEQ Advisor
- Update monthly safety bulletins
- Creation and management of Safety Passports
- Supporting or assisting with company inductions
- Perform ad hoc health and safety duties

Key Employer Relationships:
- Work closely with the Health & Safety Adviser
- Maintain and update relevant documentation
Ideal Candidate Qualifications
General beneficial experience includes (though not mandatory):
- Health & Safety (HSE)
- Managing RAMS (Risk Assessments, Method Statements)
- Near miss records
- Other office administrative tasks
Full training and support will be provided. Familiarity with HSE concepts or deskilling a bonus.
Key Requirements
- Experience preferred but not essential
- Locations covered:
- Primary position: Hemel Hempstead, with site visits or client meetings requiring occasional attendance·
- Travel assistance: Transport arrangements available for relevant visits
- Must have:
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong time management abilities
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
