We are currently looking for a SHEQS Administrator to join our growing team supporting the Defence Infrastructure Organisation (DIO) Construction Capability Framework (CCF).
This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive individual to provide vital administrative support to the Safety, Health, Environment, Quality and Sustainability (SHEQS) function. You will play a key role in ensuring accurate reporting, effective data management, and the smooth operation of SHEQS activities across a diverse portfolio of infrastructure projects.
Role Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the SHEQS function across the CCF framework.
- Maintain and manage SHEQS data, records, and documentation, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
- Collate, prepare, and submit monthly SHEQS reporting data within agreed timescales.
- Produce reports, dashboards, and other management information to support the SHEQS team.
- Assist with the coordination and administration of audits, inspections, and compliance activities.
- Support the monitoring and tracking of SHEQS actions, ensuring records are maintained effectively.
- Manage document control activities and support the distribution of SHEQS communications and updates.
- Consult with project teams and stakeholders to gather information and ensure reporting requirements are met.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives through effective administration and information management.
- Provide general administrative support to the SHEQS team as required.

Skills, Experience And Qualifications
- Previous experience in an administrative or coordinator role.
- Experience providing administrative support to a team or function.
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Strong diligence and ability to manage data accurately.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English.
- Experience working within construction, engineering, infrastructure, or a related industry.
- Knowledge or understanding of SHEQS principles and practices.
- IOSH qualification or a willingness to work towards one.
- Experience producing reports, maintaining databases, and managing performance information.
- Initiative-taking and self-motivated with a willingness to learn.
- Strong collaborator with a collaborative approach.
- Reliable, professional, and able to work with confidential information.
- Interest in developing a future career within the SHEQS profession.
- Committed to supporting safe, sustainable, and high-quality project delivery.
