Our company is split into two business areas:
Utility Infrastructure –
Our team of Utility Infrastructure specialists design, build and maintain critical water, energy (gas), power and telecoms infrastructure, for the UK’s largest network owners and operators.
Social Infrastructure -
Our team of Social Infrastructure specialists revitalise homes and communities by carrying out a wide range of work, from retrofit to refurbishment, and maintenance.

This is a field-based role, so a full UK driving licence is essential.
About Us
United Infrastructure delivers essential infrastructure services across utilities and social infrastructure, supporting some of the UK’s largest network operators and housing providers.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and implement a strong SHEQ culture aligned with a “Zero Harm” approach Ensure full compliance with SHEQ policies, procedures, and legal requirements Carry out regular site audits, inspections, and safety tours Complete SHEQ reporting (daily, weekly, monthly), including incidents and KPIs Support ISO audits and maintain SHEQ systems and documentation Deliver toolbox talks, safety alerts, and briefings to site teams Monitor and analyse SHEQ data to identify trends and improvements Maintain systems such as ECO-online and document control platforms Encourage reporting of hazards, near misses, and incidents Support and guide site teams and SHEQ coordinators Attend SHEQ meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
What We’re Looking For
NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate (minimum) Experience within social housing, maintenance, or minor works projects Strong knowledge of SHEQ legislation and best practices Experience with audits, reporting, and compliance systems Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proactive, organised, and able to work independently Good IT skills (Microsoft Office essential; SHEQ systems desirable) Full UK driving licence
