Shape a thriving, safety-first culture. Drive both immediate safety improvements and long-term improvements by:
- Reducing harm, enhancing health, and promoting safe driving practices.
- Guiding teams to adopt smarter, accident-free operational methods.
- Championing environmental care—boosting performance, cutting carbon emissions, and setting operational excellence as a non-negotiable standard.
Together, you’ll manage risk, implement effective controls, and ensure compliance even Near Homes and Businesses, aligning safety, quality, and environmental goals.

You Must Have
- NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate (essential).
- Certified IOSH Membership (working towards it) or in active pursuit of Chartered IOSH.
- 7+ years’ experience in health, safety, environment, or quality, within telecoms, utilities or high-risk industries—proven management of risk and safe practices.
- Passionate about promoting best practice to teams of all levels.
What About You?
Imagine at least 7 years of hands-on experience, where you’ve successfully:
- Led safety orientations, executed risk assessments, and resolved hazards.
- Guided colleagues to embrace right-first-time working standards—ensuring safety without compromising efficiency.
- Championed quality systems aligned with industry standards (IEC/ISO) and environmental sustainability goals.
Equally, you’ll bring the interpersonal skills to influence effectively, consistently foster collaboration, and educate teams on sustainable work practices.
