SHEQ Manager – Construction Logistics

Location: London

Remuneration: £60,000 - £65,000

Benefits: £6,000 Car Allowance + Comprehensive Benefits Package

The role of the SHEQ Manager – Construction Logistics will involve:

  • Health & Safety Manager position working on various projects providing construction logistics across the London area
  • Maintain positive relationships with Site Managers across London
  • Working closely with the SHEQ director to implement the company-wide Health & Safety strategy
  • Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety legislation while driving continuous improvement in policies and performance
  • Drive health and safety performance through effective risk management, incident investigation, and implementation of safe working practices.
  • Promote a positive Health & Safety culture through engagement, training, and collaboration with employees, clients, and subcontractors
  • Mentor and support a SHEQ apprentice to assist with site inspections

  • Must have experience as a SHEQ Manager or Health & Safety Manager within the construction industry
  • Must be from a construction contractor or service provider
  • Ideally have a background or experience in logistics but not mandatory
  • NEBOSH qualification (ideally diploma)
  • Experience conducting audits, incident investigations, and driving continuous improvement
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal across all levels
  • Confident and articulate
