SHEQ Manager – Construction Logistics

Remuneration: £60,000 - £65,000

The role of the SHEQ Manager – Construction Logistics will involve:
- Health & Safety Manager position working on various projects providing construction logistics across the London area
- Maintain positive relationships with Site Managers across London
- Working closely with the SHEQ director to implement the company-wide Health & Safety strategy
- Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety legislation while driving continuous improvement in policies and performance
- Drive health and safety performance through effective risk management, incident investigation, and implementation of safe working practices.
- Promote a positive Health & Safety culture through engagement, training, and collaboration with employees, clients, and subcontractors
- Mentor and support a SHEQ apprentice to assist with site inspections

The ideal applicant will be a SHEQ Manager – Construction Logistics with:

- Must have experience as a SHEQ Manager or Health & Safety Manager within the construction industry
- Must be from a construction contractor or service provider
- Ideally have a background or experience in logistics but not mandatory
- NEBOSH qualification (ideally diploma)
- Experience conducting audits, incident investigations, and driving continuous improvement
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal across all levels
- Confident and articulate
