Shift Engineer
Shift Engineers required Continental Pattern
Critical site in the South West of England
£47,500 rising to £50,000 after 6 months & completion of Technical Assessments
Trevett Services are delighted to be partnering with a leading Global Technical Service Provider who have grown exponentially in the Critical client space, to source a number of Electrically biased M&E Continental Shift Engineers for a critical site in the South West of England.
These positions are subject to security clearance
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver planned and reactive maintenance on all M&E plant and building services.
- Carry out fault-finding, diagnostics, and timely repairs to ensure optimal building performance.
- Monitor & maintain critical systems, including lighting, power, HVAC etc.
- Work as part of a shift team to ensure 24/7 reliability & smooth operation of the building.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and ensure compliance with statutory and company standards.
- Support continuous improvement across engineering operations

About you:
- Level 3 Electrical Installation or Mechanical equivalent.
- 18th Edition
- Experience of working in critical environments (Data Centres, Banks, Life Sciences)
- Excellent communication skills
