Shift Lead
Full time - 36.75 Hours per week Permanent Contract
B&Q Cribbs Causeway
Salary inclusive of £0.51 per hour store-specific location allowance: £27,709.50 per annum Benefits: Pension + 6.6 weeks holiday

Role
Your role as a Shift Lead is pivotal. You’ll be responsible for:
- Ensuring a safe working and shopping environment every day.
- Maintaining smooth store operations and a positive experience for both colleagues and customers.
- Striving to make B&Q a place colleagues love to work and customers love to come to.
- Guiding shift operations to "Make every customer count".
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations to keep the store running efficiently.
- Deploy colleagues effectively to prioritise customer experience throughout your shift.
- Act as the first point of contact for customers and team members.
- Promote safety and compliance at all times.
