Shift Lead – Permanent Position (Margate)
Overview
- Position: Full-time Shift Lead
- Hours: 36.75 per week
- Contract: Permanent
- ** Salary:** £27,709.50 per annum (full-time equivalent) + pension + 6.6 weeks holiday
- Location: B&Q Margate
This is a keyholder position, with shifts ranging from 6am start to 9pm finish.

As a Shift Lead, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and supportive working environment while delivering exceptional customer service.

- Act as the primary point of contact for customers and colleagues.
- Maintain safety and security in the store at all times.
