About the Role
Are you ready to be a fast-food hero? Join our team as a Shift Lead, where you play a key role in the operation of the restaurant. The Shift Leader supports the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) by running great shifts in a self-sufficient manner.

Additional Responsibilities
- Ensures food quality and 100% customer satisfaction
- Executes marketing programs on-time, fully, and effectively
- Maintains a safe work environment—modeling and enforcing standards
- Provides regular feedback to team and RGM
