Shift Lead – Part-Time
$11.25 - $14.00 per hour
Are you ready to be a fast-food hero? Join our team as a Shift Lead. You play a key role in the operation of the restaurant. The Shift Leader supports the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) by running great shifts in a self-sufficient manner. Shift Leaders:

Additional Responsibilities:
As Shift Lead, you will:
- Ensure 100% food quality and customer satisfaction
- Execute marketing programs completely and on time
- Maintain a safe working environment by setting safe behaviors, modeling excellence, and ensuring crew adhere to them
- Provide regular feedback to team members and the Restaurant General Manager (RGM)
