Shift Lead – Full-Time (36.75 hrs/week) | B&Q Exeter
About the Role
- Job Title: Shift Lead
- Hours: Full-time (36.75 per week), Permanent Contract
- Salary: £27,709.50 per annum exclusive of:
- Store location allowance (~£0.27 per hour)
- Pension
- 6.6 weeks paid holiday
- Shift Times: 6am–10pm

What’s Expected
Your responsibilities include:
- Being the heartbeat of the store, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Deploying colleagues effectively to align with the goal: “Make every customer count”.
- Serving as the first point of contact for both customers and staff.
- Patrolling the store to maintain safety and compliance at all times.
