Shift Lead – Mexican-Inspired Quick Service Restaurant (Franchisee Partnership)
Salary: $11.25 – $14.00 per hour
About the Role
Are you ready to be a fast-food hero? Join our team as a Shift Lead, playing a key role in restaurant operations. You’ll support the Restaurant General Manager (RGM), running seamless shifts efficiently while ensuring profitability and withstanding a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Taking ownership of shift execution—resolving problems independently, seeking assistance when needed, and guiding teammates.
- Leading by example in a dynamic, high-energy environment.
- Ensuring food quality and achieving 100% customer satisfaction.

Additional Responsibilities
- Execute profit-driven shift strategy while maintaining quality control.
- Ensure timely completion of marketing-driven programs.
- Foster a safe workplace culture—role modelling and reinforcing safety protocols.
- Provide regular feedback to teammates and the Restaurant General Manager (RGM).
