About the Role
Position: Full Time, Part Time or Job Share – 36.75 Hours per week
- Contract: Permanent
- Full-time equivalent salary: £27,709.50 per annum, Pension + 6.6 Weeks Holiday
- Location: B&Q Castlepoint
- Shift Pattern: Monday – Sunday
- Hours: 6am – 10pm (Keyholder position, early starts/latest finishes)
The Role: Why It Matters
This is a keyholder position, ensuring a safe working and shopping environment for millions of daily customers. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Being the heartbeat of the store—ensuring smooth operations.
- Aligning colleagues to "make every customer count" throughout each shift.
- Serving as the first point of contact for customers and staff.
- Prioritising store safety at all times.
