Shift Lead – B&Q Chester

Overview

  • Role: Full-time Shift Lead
  • Hours: 36.45 hours per week
  • Contract: Permanent
  • Salary: Full-time equivalent £27,709.50 per annum (Inclusive of 54p per hour, store specific location allowance) + Pension + 6.6 Weeks Holiday
  • Location: B&Q Chester
  • Working Hours: Shifts range from 5:30am to 10pm (Keyholder position)

What’s the Job?

Your role is pivotal in ensuring a seamless, secure and enjoyable experience for both our colleagues and customers. In this position, you will:

  • Be the heartbeat of the store, ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly.
  • Deploy colleagues efficiently to prioritise ‘making every customer count’ during your shift.
  • Act as the first point of contact for both customers and colleagues.
  • Enforce safety measures to maintain a secure environment in our stores at all times.
