Shift Lead
Shift Lead – Part-Time (30 Hours), Permanent Contract
B&Q Lincoln
Salary: Full-time equivalent £27,709.50 per annum + Pension + 6.6 Weeks Holiday
Flexible Shift Pattern: Earliest start 5.00am, latest finish 10.00pm
About the Role

Key Responsibilities
Your role as Shift Lead is crucial in ensuring:
- A safe working and shopping environment every day.
- Efficient day-to-day store operations.
- Customer and colleague satisfaction aligned with B&Q’s mission: “Make every customer count.”
Key tasks include:
- Overseeing shift operations to run smoothly.
- Strategically deploying colleagues to enhance customer service throughout your shift.
- Acting as a primary point of contact for customers and team members.
- Ensuring safety and compliance throughout the store.
