- Type: Full Time, Part Time or Job Share
- Hours per week: 36.75
- Shift Pattern: Monday – Sunday, 6am – 10pm (earliest start: 6am, latest finish: 10pm)
- Contract: Permanent
- Location: B&Q Castlepoint
- Pay: £27,709.50 per annum (full-time equivalent) + Pension + 6.6 Weeks Holiday

Your role as a Shift Lead is critical to maintaining a safe working and shopping environment while ensuring B&Q remains a place where colleagues thrive and customers return consistently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth running.
- Deploy colleagues effectively to ensure ‘make every customer count’ throughout your shift.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for both customers and employees.
- Maintain store safety at all times.
