About the Role
Shift Lead – Fill Operation
Work Pattern
- Tuesday: 05:00 – 13:00
- Wednesday: 05:00 – 13:00
- Friday: 14:00 – 22:00
- Sunday: 12:00 – 20:00
The purpose of this role is to lead the fill operation, ensuring a salesfloor ready to trade, coordinating resources for Serve, Sell, and Fill, and taking operational responsibility when the Colleague Manager is absent.
Responsibilities

Coordinate Resource:
- Deliver operational tasks during the fill operation and in the absence of the Colleague Manager.
- Adequately align resources to ensure a quick payment experience for customers.

Lead the Fill Operation:
- Coach colleagues on One Best Way practices and drive productivity.
- Prepare the store for opening, ensuring readiness.

Operational Efficiency:
- Implement daily processes efficiently, adherence to timelines across the store area.

Team and Store Presentation:
- Coordinate the team to maintain a clean, safe, and well-presented store.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment.

Security and Responsibility:
- Hold a key position, required for call-outs as necessary.
- Understand responsibilities for opening and closing of the building, including:
- Vehicle receipts
- Temperature and security controls
- Operational issues logging with relevant teams
- Cash handling
- TSL compliance during peripheral hours (non-standard or off-peak hours).
