About the Role

Shift Lead – Fill Operation

Work Pattern
  • Tuesday: 05:00 – 13:00
  • Wednesday: 05:00 – 13:00
  • Friday: 14:00 – 22:00
  • Sunday: 12:00 – 20:00

The purpose of this role is to lead the fill operation, ensuring a salesfloor ready to trade, coordinating resources for Serve, Sell, and Fill, and taking operational responsibility when the Colleague Manager is absent.


Responsibilities

  • Coordinate Resource:

    • Deliver operational tasks during the fill operation and in the absence of the Colleague Manager.
    • Adequately align resources to ensure a quick payment experience for customers.
  • Lead the Fill Operation:

    • Coach colleagues on One Best Way practices and drive productivity.
    • Prepare the store for opening, ensuring readiness.
  • Operational Efficiency:

    • Implement daily processes efficiently, adherence to timelines across the store area.
  • Team and Store Presentation:

    • Coordinate the team to maintain a clean, safe, and well-presented store.
    • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment.

      • Vehicle receipts
      • Temperature and security controls
      • Operational issues logging with relevant teams
      • Cash handling
      • TSL compliance during peripheral hours (non-standard or off-peak hours).
