Shift Lead
Location: B&Q Cribbs Causeway Contract: Full-time (Permanent), 36.75 hours per week Salary: £27,709.50 per annum (Inclusive of store allowance £0.51/hour) + Pension + 6.6 weeks holiday
This is a keyholder position, with shifts ranging from 6am to 9pm.

Responsibilities
As a Shift Lead, your focus will include:
- Overseeing daily operations to cultivate a seamless working and shopping experience.
- Ensuring colleagues are optimally deployed so "every customer counts".
- Being the primary point of contact for customers and team queries.
- Maintaining store safety at all times.
