Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and empower your team to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- Ensure smooth restaurant operations—managing delivery, takeout, and dining segments efficiently.
- Train and coach team members, fostering a positive and supportive workspace.
- Maintain quality standards for food preparation and service to match our reputation for consistent excellence.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and with a warm, friendly approach.
