Quorn are currently recruiting for a multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team based at our Stokesley manufacturing facility.
What You'll Be Responsible For
Our Maintenance Engineers are responsible for maintaining the performance and continual improvement of all of our manufacturing assets on-site.
- You will ensure the Quorn plant and our equipment complies with statutory and insurance requirements, effectively completing various preventative and corrective maintenance tasks as and when needed.
- Providing an innovative and proactive support service to the site, you will drive innovation for various continuous improvement and transformation activities.
This will be a shift-based role working both days and nights on a 4 on/4 off rotation.
What Experience You'll Need To Have
- Time served engineering qualifications, preferably with a multi-skilled bias
- Demonstrable knowledge of areas such as maintenance management systems, quality, health & safety, and machine operation
- Working knowledge & awareness of implementing MBP (maintenance best practice)
- Presentable background in industry, with background in food manufacturing being an advantage
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities with root cause exploration methods
- A passion for healthy, sustainable products which are better for our consumers and the planet – you don’t have to be a vegetarian to work for Quorn!
