Shift Manager – Join Our Team
As part of our management team, you’ll be responsible for ensuring smooth operations in the shop when the Manager isn’t present. You’ll inspire and empower the team to deliver outstanding service across all customer channels—whether in-store, via delivery, Click + Collect, or our drive-thru.
What This Role Involves
A typical shift at Greggs is never the same, but you can expect responsibilities like:
- Leading and motivating staff to hit targets and uphold the shop’s high standards
- Setting an example by providing fast, friendly, and professional customer service
- Preparing signature Greggs products, including sandwiches and managing oven operations
- Ensuring displays are fully stocked, with plenty of variety for customers
- Keeping the shop clean, tidy, and inviting
