About the Role:
The Shift Manager will support and deputise for the FOH Manager in their absence, helping to lead the team, maintain high service standards, and ensure efficient FOH operations at all times.
Key Requirements:
- Confident, experienced and hands-on within all areas of Front of House operations
- Able to lead by example and deliver excellent customer service
- Fully competent in taking orders using the tablet system
- Willing to run food, support service and undertake all FOH tasks as required
- Available to work weekends, and to cover when the Manager is off This role requires someone who is proactive, reliable, and comfortable taking ownership during busy services, and able to demonstrate proven experience in Front of House operations and team leadership.
