  • Demonstrated success as a Supervisor, Team Leader, or Shift Manager in a fast-paced environment (e.g., quick-service restaurant (QSR) or fast-casual dining).
  • Lead-from-the-front mindset: Hands-on support, proactive teamwork, and taking ownership.
