- Demonstrated success as a Supervisor, Team Leader, or Shift Manager in a fast-paced environment (e.g., quick-service restaurant (QSR) or fast-casual dining).
- Lead-from-the-front mindset: Hands-on support, proactive teamwork, and taking ownership.
- Passion for team culture: You believe great teams create great results.
- Compliance confidence: Strong understanding of food safety, health & safety, and standards.
