Competitive Compensation
- €36,008 per annum (~£17.59/hour)
- Annual bonus of up to £2,000, paid quarterly

What You’ll Be Doing
Your role involves ensuring smooth operations, high performance, and exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the Warehouse and Driving teams while maintaining compliance and service standards
- Recruiting, onboarding, and training new colleagues to create seamless customer experiences
- Overseeing daily operations of the Customer Delivery Centre (CDC)
- Ensuring every delivery is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
- Assisting the Customer Delivery Manager in building strong customer relationships
- Leading, coaching, and developing your team for top performance
- Managing vehicle, trailer, and driver compliance regulations
- Maintaining health, safety, and housekeeping standards
- Supporting recruitment and onboarding of new team members
