Competitive Compensation

  • €36,008 per annum (~£17.59/hour)
  • Annual bonus of up to £2,000, paid quarterly

What You’ll Be Doing

Your role involves ensuring smooth operations, high performance, and exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the Warehouse and Driving teams while maintaining compliance and service standards
  • Recruiting, onboarding, and training new colleagues to create seamless customer experiences
  • Overseeing daily operations of the Customer Delivery Centre (CDC)
  • Ensuring every delivery is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
  • Assisting the Customer Delivery Manager in building strong customer relationships
  • Leading, coaching, and developing your team for top performance
  • Managing vehicle, trailer, and driver compliance regulations
  • Maintaining health, safety, and housekeeping standards
  • Supporting recruitment and onboarding of new team members
