THE TEAM ~110 people, more than half in engineering, product and data 45+ advanced degrees across computer science, mathematics and operations research Thousands of data points captured, calculated, analysed and predicted for every single parcel we handle An intellectually vibrant culture of first‑principles thinking, tight feedback loops and relentless experimentation The Opportunity Please note: We offer Day and Night Shifts As the Shift Manager at Relay, you can expect to have the following responsibilities Overseeing sortation operations during your shift to ensure targets are met Supporting with recruitment, onboarding, and training of site operatives Leading, motivating, and coaching your team to high performance Ensuring health & safety standards are upheld and continuously improved Identifying and acting on opportunities to drive efficiency and service quality Collaborating with stakeholders to support the wider success of the site Who Will Thrive in this role?
