Shift Manager

# Shift Manager – Customer-First Role

Join us as a Shift Manager and you’ll be part of a team that loves putting customers first.

As part of the management team, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Overseeing the shop when the Manager isn’t available
  • Engaging and motivating the team to ensure they thrive
  • Empowering staff with the support they need to deliver outstanding experiences

We serve customers across multiple channels:

  • In-shop
  • Delivery
  • Click + Collect
  • Drive-thru

You’ll lead the way in ensuring brilliant customer experiences—whether orders are placed in-store or online.


Responsibilities

While every shift brings unique challenges, you’ll typically:

  • Inspire the team to meet high performance standards and uphold excellent shop etiquette
  • Lead by example, providing fast and friendly customer service
  • Prepare highly-loved products, including:
    • Assembling sandwiches
    • Managing ovens and other kitchen operations
  • Maintain full stock levels across displays, ensuring plenty of choice for customers
  • Keep the shop clean, tidy, and welcoming
