Shift Manager
# Shift Manager – Customer-First Role
Join us as a Shift Manager and you’ll be part of a team that loves putting customers first.
As part of the management team, you’ll be responsible for:
- Overseeing the shop when the Manager isn’t available
- Engaging and motivating the team to ensure they thrive
- Empowering staff with the support they need to deliver outstanding experiences
We serve customers across multiple channels:
- In-shop
- Delivery
- Click + Collect
- Drive-thru
You’ll lead the way in ensuring brilliant customer experiences—whether orders are placed in-store or online.
Responsibilities
While every shift brings unique challenges, you’ll typically:
- Inspire the team to meet high performance standards and uphold excellent shop etiquette
- Lead by example, providing fast and friendly customer service
- Prepare highly-loved products, including:
- Assembling sandwiches
- Managing ovens and other kitchen operations
- Maintain full stock levels across displays, ensuring plenty of choice for customers
- Keep the shop clean, tidy, and welcoming
