Shift Manager
You will be a part of the Management team, along with your Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager and General Manager. You will be responsible for assisting your Management team with the daily operations of your restaurant. In their absence, you will be required to oversee and manage both the kitchen and dining area to ensure a positive customer experience.
You will be expected to uphold our high standards and ensure we achieve our three priorities every day; Top Quality Food, Great Customer Service and Exceptional Cleanliness.
Responsibilities
- Leading by example in areas of maturity, professionalism and integrity
- Ensuring guest satisfaction through the meeting of targets and standards
- Ongoing training and monitoring of Burger Masters in health and safety, food hygiene, and workstation compliance
- Completing any due diligence and paperwork relating to food safety and health and safety when on duty
- Cashing up and maintaining accurate financial records in the absence of your Management team
- Upholding the highest standards of food hygiene and food preparation at all times through proper training, monitoring and observation
- Collaborating with your management team to achieve sales, costs and performance targets

Requirements
Our ideal Shift Manager is positive, organised, ambitious and takes pride in their work. In order to be successful in this role, you should have:
- 1-year minimum experience of management experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- The ability to learn and train others in all aspects of Urban operations
- A strong, positive work ethic and the ability to inspire your team
- Strong organisational skills
- Strong people skills
- Good mathematic ability
- Use of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel primarily)
