The Manufacturing Manager will oversee the production processes, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to safety standards in a fast-paced FMCG environment. This role requires strong leadership and operational expertise to manage teams effectively and achieve production goals. Client Details This company is one of the UK's most well known and largest food manufacturers, known for its focus on operational excellence and high-quality products. Operating as part of a large organisation, it offers a structured and professional work environment. Description Working across a site that uses automated production lines, cooling systems, and large-scale cooking equipment, producing 150+ different food products using modern food-processing technology, as the Manufacturing Manager you will be responsible for: Manage and coordinate shift operations to meet production targets within the FMCG sector. Maintain and improve production quality standards and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Lead, motivate, and develop a team of production staff to achieve operational goals. Monitor production processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation and delivery of production schedules. Analyse production data to track performance and implement corrective measures where necessary. Ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations at all times. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on shift performance and productivity. Profile A successful Manufacturing Manager should have: Experience in managing production operations within the FMCG industry. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively. Solid understanding of health and safety regulations in a manufacturing environment. Proven ability to analyse data and implement operational improvements. Excellent communication and organisational skills to coordinate with various departments. Commitment to maintaining high-quality production standards Job Offer Competitive salary ranging from £60,000 to £65,000 per annum.
