WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
As Shift Supervisor, your role includes:
- Leading on day-to-day operations—acting as host, serving guests and leading your team with confidence and enthusiasm.
- Being a shift leader and role model, supporting team understanding and growth through on-the-job training.
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety across the venue.
- Ensuring every guest leaves feeling welcomed and valued.
