Your Responsibilities
As Shift Supervisor, you’ll:
- Act as host, server & shift leader, driving day-to-day operations
- Provide a warm, welcoming environment, ensuring high standards
- Lead by example, train & mentor team members
- Maintain cleanliness, safety & service excellence
- Foster a supportive, inclusive team culture at M&B
