Job Role
We are recruiting for a Shift Supervisor to join our team in Stockton on a full-time permanent basis working a 4 on 4 off shift pattern.
Role Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Supervise and work as part of the team of technicians and apprentices.
- Ensure job cards are processed in a timely manner and work is completed to the required standards.
- Oversee and ensure that all MAN processes are followed correctly and all health and safety rules are being adhered to.
This role is a key role in the workshop, acting as the main link between the managers and wider team, as well as being a key point of contact for customers where required.
You will also be expected to assist with planning and relevant training and development for the workshop staff, ensuring good communication & information flow between the front desk and Service staff.

Qualifications
In order to perform this role effectively, you will ideally have a clean HGV/LGV licence however, this is not essential.
You should have worked in the transport industry and ideally have a knowledge of a working service workshop.
That coupled with the ability to manage teams on multiple shifts to ensure the smooth running of the branch is essential.
