Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day operations as Shift Supervisor, including hosting, guest service, and confident team leadership
- Focus on guest experience, ensuring friendly, professional, and prompt service
- Actively develop team members through training, mentorship, and performance reviews
- Uphold high standards for cleanliness, safety, and quality— Ensuring the venue is as inviting as Westacres itself
- Serve as a positive role model, enforcing a collaborative, transparent culture
