About the Role
As Shift Supervisor at the Sandringham, you’ll deliver a warm welcome to every visitor. With a passion for great service and training great people, you'll lead a team that ensures our guests keep returning.

Responsibilities
As Shift Supervisor, you’ll:
- Support day-to-day operations, including acting as host, serving guests, and leading your team with confidence
- Take on the role of shift leader
- Set a high standard as a role model, assisting with team training
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness and safety are maintained
