Role Requirements: What Will You Be Doing?
At Mitchells & Butlers, our aim is simple: support, value, and empower our teams to work as their best selves. As Shift Supervisor, you’ll be:
- The face and leading force of the front of house during every shift, delivering our platitudes of service
- Serve, greet, and interact with guests to ensure they leave feeling valued and delighted
- Crowned as a team leader – setting the tone
- Act as a mentor and coach to your team, guiding them in their development
- Uphold health, hygiene, and safety standards to meet or exceed guest expectations
