About the Role
As Shift Supervisor at the Beach Arms, you’ll give a warm welcome to everyone who visits. With a passion for great service and training great people, you’ll lead a team that keeps our guests coming back for more.

As Shift Supervisor, you’ll…
- Oversee day-to-day operations, acting as:
- A host
- Serving guests
- Confidently leading your team
- Set the tone as the shift leader
- Act as a role model, helping with team training
- Maintain high standards of:
- Cleanliness
- Guest safety
