With a passion for exceptional service and staff training, you’ll master the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring picture-perfect steaks—butchered, aged, and cooked to perfection—are served every time, with every occasion made memorable.
About the Role
As Shift Supervisor, you’ll drive a dynamic team-forward culture while maintaining our world-class standard of steak dining. As part of Mitchells & Butlers, you’ll also do what’s on the menu—service with a side of leadership.
As a management employee, you’ll join our Steak School, a 3-day training programme and be among only restaurant chains awarded “The Masters of Steak” accreditation.

Responsibilities
Core Duties
- Set the tone as a shift leader, fronting outstanding service and working hands-on to welcome guests
- Act as host while expertly serving food and drink
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety across your site
- Support staff training and mentorship
