Responsibilities
Key Duties of the Shift Supervisor
- Day-to-day site management: Act as host, serve guests, and confidently lead your team
- Shift leadership: Ensure smooth operations and high standards
- Role model & training: Support and train team members
- Hygiene & safety: Maintain high standards of cleanliness and guest well-being
