What Would You Be Doing?
As Shift Supervisor, you’ll take a hands-on approach:
✔ Be the face of the business – greeting guests, serving tables and leading your team effectively in a day-to-day role ✔ Set the standard for a friendly, professional service ethos ✔ Train and mentor team members – acting as a role model and ambassador for our inclusive culture ✔ Maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness to guarantee a welcoming, hygienic environment
