Responsibilities (as Shift Supervisor)
You’ll be pivotal in running The Tooting Tavern, with key duties including:
- Acting as a host and server, delivering exceptional service while leading your team
- Driving the shift with confidence and clarity
- Setting high standards for team performance, including training and guiding staff
- Ensuring the pub runs smoothly, maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and safety
