About the Role
As Shift Supervisor at All Bar One Waterloo, your mission is to deliver a warm welcome to everyone who visits. With a passion for great service and training great people, you’ll lead a team that keeps our guests coming back for more.

Your Responsibilities
As Shift Supervisor, you’ll:
- Lead daily operations – act as host, serve guests, and confidently manage your team
- Be a shift leader – ensure smooth, memorable experiences for everyone
- Mentor and train – set the standard and guide your team’s development
- Maintain high standards – cleanliness, safety, and customer service excellence
