Responsibilities
As a Shift Supervisor, you’ll excel in:
- Driving the day-to-day operation of the pub as a host, serving guests and leading with confidence
- Being a shift leader and role model for your team—supporting their training, safety and standards
- Keeping the highest levels of cleanliness and safety for staff and guests
- Guaranteeing every customer leaves with a positive, welcome experience
