As a Shift Supervisor, your role includes:
- Leading the day-to-day operations—hosting guests, serving, and maintaining service standards
- Acting as a shift leader, setting the tone for efficiency and teamwork
- Being a role model for your team, supporting their training and development
- Ensuring high standards of cleanliness, safety, and hospitality at all times
