An excellent opportunity has arisen for a non-contentious Paralegal to join the transactional shipping team of a leading global law firm in London.

The team advises on the full spectrum of transactional shipping work, including ship sale and purchase (S&P), ship finance, shipbuilding, refit and repair projects, and complex international transactions across the shipping, offshore, cruise, ferry, superyacht and corporate jet sectors.

You will work as a fee-earning paralegal within the completion services practice, supporting vessel sale and purchase transactions and wider transactional shipping matters. The role offers regular client contact, daily interaction with international clients and colleagues, and structured training and support to help you develop strong transactional legal skills.
