Providing excellent service every time is part of our mission to become the world’s most customer-centric company. As a Shipper Compliance Specialist you’ll set our service standards high and ensure we’re always meeting them, never settling for substandard. You’ll work closely with a wide variety of Amazon colleagues and external vendors. The AIC program (Auditing, Insights and Compliance) audits contacts and collates feedback to create data that measures policy compliance of critical contacts (defined as on-road incidents, health related or escalations) and actions associates take to enable delivery success.
This role requires regular travel to C-nodes multiple times per week. Business hours are flexible based on operational needs.
Key job responsibilities
- Contributing to and producing weekly reports on Network Quality data
- Conducting weekly audits and reaching set targets
- Evaluate audit findings and implement appropriate corrective actions such create/modify existing SOP’s
- Deep dive further into data and audit calls to prove or disprove a hypothesis
- Communicate with customers using verbal and written communication methods, ensuring accuracy and concision.
- Retrospectively escalating Customer and Driver complaints to the appropriate departments
- Be aware of and adhere to applicable company policies when dealing with customer interactions
- Collaborate with team members to strive for continuous improvement
- Track the results of changes made and measure improvement
- Work independently on projects or tasks to identify and resolve issues
A day in the life The Shipper Compliance Specialist facilitates flow of information between Shipping with Amazon and our external customers, proactively resolving any potential issues that impacts customer experience and performance delivery. The Shipper Compliance Specialist provides proactive and timely resolution to any issue in hand by researching & querying internal tools, by taking real-time decisions and having an effective communication with the stakeholders (verbal and written) that build rapport.

We leverage Amazon's extensive fulfillment network and delivery speeds without compromising on customer obsession. Our team focuses on what Amazon does best: reliability, variety of speeds, exceptional recipient experience, and world-class customer support. We maximize the utilization of existing technology and assets by integrating deeply into Amazon Fulfillment Network processes, ensuring seamless operations at scale. Our work directly impacts how millions of packages reach customers, and we measure our success by the overall value we bring to both our shipping customers and Amazon. Basic Qualifications: - Experience communicating clearly and concisely with leadership, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
- Experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environment
- Knowledge of advanced English at CEFR level B2/C1 Preferred Qualifications: - Knowledge of consumer product compliance processes and regulations
- Experience in regulatory compliance management with government agencies
- Experience with implementation of corrective action programs
