We are partnered with an international law firm who is seeking an Associate / Senior Associate in London....
The role is suited to an experienced England & Wales qualified solicitor with strong marine, shipping, insurance or logistics litigation experience, particularly across cargo recovery, transportation liability and cross-border disputes.
The successful candidate will manage complex and high-value marine recovery matters for insurers, carriers, freight forwarders and logistics providers regarding freight, demurrage and hire disputes, subrogated claims, litigation, arbitration and alternative dispute resolution.

They are seeking a shipping solicitor that has:
- Strong technical knowledge of marine recovery and transportation liability
- Excellent drafting, analytical and negotiation skills
- The ability to run matters with autonomy
- Confidence building relationships with clients and brokers
