Shop Manager - 49 The Parade, Exmouth, EX8 1RD
12 Month Fixed Term Contract (maternity cover)
Full time - 35 hours per week, working 5 days Monday to Sunday including bank holidays
Rate of pay - £13.69 per hour
We are seeking a talented shop manager to lead the team and ensure the smooth operation of the Hospiscare shop in Exmouth. As the shop manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in creating a positive and engaging environment for customers and team members alike.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing strategies to achieve sales targets and maximise profitability
- Supporting team members through the provision of coaching and development
- Maintaining a safe and inclusive work environment

You will have proven experience in retail management, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, alongside strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
