Pay & Hours:
We offer a competitive pay of £28,000 to £33,000 depending on experience and a working week is 42 hours over 5 days a week, Monday to Sunday.

About You:
As a Senior Shop Manager for Wenzel's, you will be the spine and structure of your store, will be somebody who has a minimum of 2 years food to go/retail experience, able to motivate and lead a team and be an excellent communicator.
You will be the one to ensure smooth running of the store to maximize sales and minimize costs whilst reaching your KPI targets. Enable to lead, train, develop and motivate a team with a hands-on approach Thrive in a fast-paced environment Eager for career progression and wants to succeed Motivating, inspiring and to be able to lead by example.
As a Shop Manager you will be responsible for:
Successfully managing and controlling your own shop. Training and development of team members to a high level in your own store and local stores when needed. Recruitment - Interviewing and hiring for your own store but also for local stores in you division when needed. Being the point of contact for local shops when their shop manager is on holiday. Food production quality. Exceeding shop performance and KPI's - This will include sales, wastage %, Wage ratio, staff retention and average spend. Ensure the store is clean, organised and welcoming for customers. Monitoring Food safety standards. Ensuring high standards of customer service.
